2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting an application, registering for an event or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You should not use the website or purchase any service if you do not agree to these Terms.

3. Our Services

AACPFS provides services that may include:

  • Student, Individual and Corporate Membership;
  • Professional training, webinars, conferences and events;
  • Compliance publications, resources and member-only content;
  • Networking, professional development and related programmes; and
  • Other services displayed on the website.

The specific features, benefits, fees and eligibility requirements applicable to each service will be stated on the relevant page.

4. Membership Applications

Membership applications are subject to review and approval by AACPFS.

Applicants must provide complete, accurate and current information. AACPFS may request supporting documents to verify an applicant’s identity, professional status, student status, institutional authority or eligibility.

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee membership. AACPFS may approve, reject or request further information regarding an application.

5. Fees and Payments

All applicable fees, currencies and payment charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Payments may be processed through Flutterwave or another authorised payment provider. By completing a payment, you also agree to the applicable payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.

A payment is considered complete only after AACPFS receives confirmation that the transaction was successful.

AACPFS will not request your complete card details by email, telephone, WhatsApp or any other informal communication channel.

6. Service Delivery and Membership Activation

Following successful payment and completion of any required verification:

  • Digital membership access will ordinarily be activated immediately or within two business days where manual processing is required;
  • A membership confirmation and relevant account information will be sent electronically;
  • Event or training registration details will be delivered by email or made available through the user portal; and
  • Any different delivery timeline will be clearly stated on the relevant service page.

Members are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their email and user portal for notifications.

7. Membership Renewal and Cancellation

Membership is valid for the period stated at the time of purchase and ordinarily renews annually from the member’s activation or anniversary date.

Renewal fees must be paid on or before the applicable renewal date. Membership access and benefits may be suspended when payment becomes overdue.

A member may cancel automatic renewal, where available, before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily result in a refund for the current active membership period.

A member’s existing membership number may be retained if the membership later becomes inactive and is subsequently renewed, subject to AACPFS policy.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments, membership cancellations, training withdrawals and refunds are governed by the AACPFS Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for:
